Business Analyst WMS (Manhattan)

Start ASAP / Long term contract

Looking for a Business Analyst with WMS experience for a major WMS implementation.

Job Requirements:

Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience implementing Manhattan WMS across all modules in either WMOS SCPP or Manhattan Active WM.
Business & Technical Analysis: Ability to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into specific software needs, including GAP analysis for extension development.
Testing & Configuration: Expertise in developing comprehensive testing strategies, writing test scripts, configuring Manhattan WMS, executing tests, and effectively communicating results to clients.
Functional & Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of all WMS modules, including Inbound & Outbound Processing, Physical Inventory, RF Transactions, Cycle Counting, General Warehousing, MHE/Automation Integration, and Document & Label Management.
Client Training & Support: Experience in managing and training client personnel, creating training documentation, and delivering training sessions.
Post-Go-Live Support: Provide production support post-implementation, proactively troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure system stability.
Work Ethic & Collaboration: Self-motivated professional with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external clients.
