We are hiring aBusiness Analyst for Fluvius to optimize Asset Management Lifecycle processes in Melle, Belgium. The role focuses on BPM, Digital Transformation, IT Infrastructure, and Stakeholder Management.

You will improve process automation, investment strategies, and network infrastructure using Agile, Scrum, and Prince2 methodologies.

Business Process Analysis & Optimization

• Conduct AS-IS process analysis and propose TO-BE models using Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies.
• Implement digital transformation initiatives to optimize IT infrastructure operations and asset management processes.
• Act as a bridge between IT, Business Intelligence, and Data Management teams to ensure process efficiency.

Project & Change Management

• Define and document business requirements for IT system enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure, data analysts, and operations teams to streamline workflows.
• Lead Agile, Scrum, or Prince2-based project initiatives to improve business process automation.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Work closely with Fluvius’s Network Operations and Network Management departments to implement process improvements.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and facilitate discussions with IT, finance, and operations teams.
• Support organizational change management and ensure smooth adoption of new processes.

IT & Digitalization in Asset Management

• Utilize MS Office tools (PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) for process documentation and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL frameworks and best practices in IT business analysis.
• Work with AI-driven data analytics tools and automation software to optimize business operations.

3+ years experience in Business Analysis & Process Improvement (BPM, Lean, Six Sigma)

3+ years experience in Project Management (Agile, Scrum, Prince2)

3+ years experience in Stakeholder Engagement & Business Process Development

Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Digital Transformation, and Asset Management

Experience in process automation, IT service management, and business intelligence

Ability to lead workshops, change management initiatives, and operational process improvements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, SharePoint) and IT systems
