Introductie

We are looking for a Medior Level business analyst and project manager for our Patient Portal project. This patient portal will be run by an external partner(s) in low- and middle-income countries.

The business analyst will support the delivery of the project by connecting with the business stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to determine the needs and ensure compliancy (internal as well as external). The analyst will be responsible for maintaining the documentation related to the project and follow up with the vendors, partners, and business on deliverables (user requirements, diagrams, test scripts, risk assessments…).

Next to this, the analyst will also take on the role of project manager and will be responsible for maintaining the project plan, coordinating with the different project stakeholders, and updating/presenting progress to the project stakeholders.

In your role as a business analyst, are you able to communicate with the business in a global setting. Communicate about the solution on a non-technical level. You are a fast learner because you will have a short amount of time to understand the business context and related IT processes. Be able to translate the business needs in IT requirements and clearly define impact on the systems.

The business analyst is a strong communicator, independent and analytical with the following skills:

§ Project management certified and experience
§ You speak, write and understand English fluently, other languages is a plus
§ Be focused on mobile and digital technologies.
§ Experience in the digital projects is a plus.
§ Experience in Open MRS, Open HIM, ghost, Open concept lab, FHIR, HERMES is a plus
