The Business Analystplays a crucial role in the organization by assisting management in solving business problems, through generating necessary business reports and providing insights from the reports analysis. You will support theGlobal Servicesactivities in preparing operational and business reports and providing insights on the services performance. The Business Analyst is a strong contributor to the achievement of the Global Services goals. We are looking for an experienced Business/Operations Analyst, who applies excellence in his/her day-to-day operations and is eager to work in an international services organization. Ultimately, a business analyst supports in streamlining the business processes, so organizations will achieve and meet their objectives or goals.



You are a team player and a data driven person with the perfect balance of organization and attention to detail that allows you to get work done in a timely and accurate manner. Accountability and strong communication are some of your top qualities, and you can work in a rapidly changing environment. In addition, availability of data and reporting is for you the starting point for your analysis and recommendations to the services leaders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop global reporting and templates for tactical and strategic business insights
  • Prepare & deliver all inputs needed for the executive review meetings
  • Develop reporting and inputs to support operational and commercial excellence initiatives
  • Provide data analysis to support business insights and drive business change, improvements and efficiencies
  • Support the business processes, including regular analysis and performance tracking
  • Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships
  • Support consistent implementation of company initiatives as needed
  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • Consistently ensure that business is always conducted with integrity consistent with the Barco values.

What are we looking for?
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, proven ability to organize and analyze large sets of data into insights, other business intelligence and visualization tools are a plus
  • Systems and process savvy, able to build creative solutions to bridge any shortcomings for reporting, tracking, analysis, etc
  • You have excellent business, analytical and problem-solving skills allowing you to solve complex problems with consideration to the broader impact of decisions and actions
  • Detail oriented - Need to relentlessly scrub the results to ensure accuracy
  • Pro-active, organized and motivated team player with a can-do attitude.
  • A critical mindset with high sense for accuracy and respecting deadlines.
  • Can work independently and have the necessary maturity, skills and commercial feeling to communicate with costumers and other (internal) stakeholders.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills allowing you to act as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders, at all levels of the organization
  • You are organized and you have the ability to balance multiple priorities in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Your curiosity and desire for excellence fuels your focus on continuous improvement
  • You are a team player
    • Experience with a global, multi-time zone and multi-currency organization is an asset. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with local and remote teams
Education
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science/ Data science
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an international environment in a finance, sales operations or business role.
