To support the growth of our Business Unit in Brussels, we are looking for a new colleague who will be responsible for our matching process, i.e., matching our internal & external finance consultants to the right assignments. In cooperation with our sales colleagues, you will manage the open requests at our clients, and you will ensure that each consultant is matched to a challenging project, both in terms of technical and soft skills.
What you will be doing
- In cooperation with the client, you define their project needs. If necessary, you succeed to negotiate the project conditions in order to increase the success ratio;
- You check which consultants match in terms of ambitions, interests and technical skills;
- You support the consultants during the introduction meeting with the customer;
- You provide feedback to both the client and the consultants;
- During their assignment, you stay in touch with both parties, and you ensure that the consultant has sufficient support and training and continues to be challenged.
- As the link between HR and Sales, you have a key role in defining the commercial strategy of the team and you will also participate in the recruitment process of new consultants;
- You are also responsible for our ’Interim Management’ business, i.e. freelancers who carry out projects via TriFinance. You develop and maintain a strong network of interim managers, link them to the right customers and ensure a qualitative project follow-up.
