We seek an ambitious and self-motivated Business Controller (NL/EN). This full-time position will be located in Zaventem.

Your role and responsibilities

  • Active involvement in enhancing financial and business reporting processes.
  • Participation in annual budgetingand monthly actuals tracking.
  • Monitoring production KPIs.
  • Assisting in preparing annual financial accounts and facilitating audits.
  • Understanding and challenging monthly results to stakeholders and management.

The perfect profile

  • Holds a Master’s degree in finance or economics.
  • Possesses 2-3 years of relevant experience within a Big 4 firm.
  • Experienced in industrial controlling.
  • Demonstrates strong financial skills, including knowledge of general accounting principles, cost accounting and financial analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel) ; ideally familiar with reporting tools like Power BIand SAP.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Exhibits flexibility, open-mindedness and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
