What is this job about?

In this position as Business Development Manager, in collaboration with the Chief Sales Officer your goal is to develop a new portfolio of clients in Belgium and maintain it.

On a daily basis, identify prospects by all means and medias and their needs to convince them to improve their IT and processes. You are in charge of the full sales cycle, with the support of our Presales Team and Sales Management.

Your challenges

  • Qualify leads via all medias, using existing network and develop new contacts, with the help of the Sales Department Management and Marketing support.
  • Connect with decision makers and nurture these relationships
  • Generate and manage a pipe of opportunities with leads
  • Negotiate with your prospects and our teams and close the deal!
  • A second part is to take care of your gained accounts and keep great relationship with your clients

What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills: fluent in Dutch; French & English being an asset
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B Sales & within IT or Software Solutions
  • Experience managing big accounts
  • Experience in prospection, development and client acquisition
  • Great time and priority management skills
  • Outstanding communication & listening skills
  • Ability to communicate complex information in an understandable way
  • Driving License
