GENERAL RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Work within an experienced, high-skilled, and multi-tasking team.
  • Collaborate with depts/teams/individuals from different parts of the business and a variety of HBDI backgrounds towards common deliverables.
  • Able to gain experience and work within a supportive and multi-cultural team, to support innovation in solutions together.
  • Work with available systems and tools, with the opportunities to contribute with ideas for improvements.
  • On-the-job training and mentoring to refine tech skills and communication skills.

    • PROJECTS RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Act as point of contact to support the I2I OM on specific initiatives.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with relevant stakeholders throughout UCB to offer best-in-class insights, support, and impact, with a particular focus on ABN, OE, PVUs, I2I, and IT teams and other relevant teams
  • Proactively work towards solutions for relevant stakeholders that support business initiatives and innovation.
  • Support I2I OE, PVUs in requirement gathering for I2I projects & digital business transformation projects, ensure consistency on the Orbit and Qlik tools usage and data quality.
  • Understand and support reporting and analytics initiatives to continuously evaluate digital tactics so as to challenge and optimize stakeholder value and impact.
  • Display strong digital understanding in order to support Digital Business Transformation initiatives in the ABN Area.
