Our partner active in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for a CAPEX Project Manager to join the team that manages the portfolio of all CAPEX. Together with the team, you will ensure the successful delivery of the Automation CAPEX Portfolio for Belgium Operations.

Your key tasks include:

  • Ensure consistency of objectives in terms of safety, quality, costs and deadlines
  • Develop a risk management strategy for the project and implement it
  • Manage Stakeholder
  • Mitigate risks during the life of the project
  • Lead, decide, and direct the appropriate contractual strategy of the project under company policy.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ needs to design/review sustainability strategy offering tailored to the needs of the clients
  • Manage the admin tasks links to project resources and ensures the integration of all EHS & GMP.

Profil:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Automation, Electrical or Chemical
  • Min. 8 years of CAPEX Project management experience
  • Experience with industrial revamping projects within a shutdown in a GMP environment
  • Robust experience with automation projects
  • Experience with Siemens Control systems PCS7, WinCC and software upgrade in a GMP production environment
  • Successful experience in people management & Change Management project
  • Bilingual FR-EN
