This role is a critical member of the Unit Leadership Team with responsibility for building and executing together with Sales the Unit Growth Plan both in long and short term in line with relevant Category Visions and Unit role in Multisales. As line manager to one of the biggest teams in the unit, this leader has a critical role to develop, manage and grow talent. This role is ultimately accountable for Category Strategy relevant Perfect Store Plan, corresponding Brand and Product Portfolio Management, Pricing and improving ROI on Media , Trade and In-store Activation.

What will be your key responsibilities?- Accountable for the category and portfolio strategy and execution across the whole geography covered by the business unit, including
o Perfect store
o Portfolio management of all categories/segments
o SRM
o In-store activation strategy, programme and execution
- Direct and indirect line management of the full Demand team
o Performance management
o Capability building
o Change Management
o Associate Engagement
o HPC / Team-Building
- Active member of the unit Leadership Team – responsible for unit strategy, enagagement, talent management, budget management etc.
- Ultimate accountability for A&P budget (media plan co-signed with the Region)
- Manage relationship and collaboration with extensive stakeholder community, including MS regional Category and Portfolio Team, Peer Leaders from other MS clusters and Segment Counterparts
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure excellence in execution
- Drive a simplification and execution mindset through their team for the entire business
- Chair of PMR
- 1. Education & Professional Qualification
- Higher Education
- English proficiency
- Minimum 5years experience in Line Management (Second LM experience preferable)
- Enterprise wide business experience in min 2 out of following fields: Sales, Trade Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing, SRM, Category Strategy & Management
- X-market experience preferrable
