Your new job

As a Chapter Lead, you are responsible for hiring, coaching, and motivating chapter team members in order to develop a group of skilled Delivery and Project Managers that can provide value to their responsibilities.

Your responsibilities:
  • Managing the chapter’s capacity
  • Handle the Customer Delivery Lead’s capacity requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Development Manager to identify and address potential capacity needs.
  • Identify best practices in working methods
  • Drive standardization activities / projects throughout the chapter
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and other IT departments’ Chapters
  • You are a cultural ambassador for the "new" agile culture.

What you need to succeed

You are passionate, you are fluent in EN (FR/NL is a plus). You have similar experiences.

Key skills:
  • You have the capacity to persuade the Chapter (team) to adopt Agile practices.
  • Being a Scrum master is a real plus
  • You have extensive experience with agile project management
  • You value accuracy and productivity in your job.
  • Problem-solving focused
  • You can take advantage of several great experiences.
  • You have an analytical mind and are aware of the difficulties.
  • You are organized and inspiring, with team management experience
  • You have knowledge of banking professions
