About our role:
Our client, a leading company in the banking industry, looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team as a Chatbot Content manager. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping the overall coherence and quality in the content of the chatbot types (and other contents) and the sustainability during the different phases of the initiative.

What you will be doing:
Maintaining the overall cohesiveness, consistency, and quality of the chatbot’s content (and other materials) while ensuring its sustainability across various stages of the project (Development, Implementation, and Maintenance).

Verifying the content with legal, regulatory, and other involved parties.

Offering guidance regarding the internal chatbot’s content.

Devising the structure of conversational interactions and guaranteeing users are directed toward appropriate solutions.

Recognizing the necessity of new conversational patterns and communicating these to the relevant stakeholders.

Engaging in daily coordination and feasibility assessments with the chatbot’s technical team and other content contributors (such as UX writers).

Assessing the impact of content adjustments and revisions, as well as testing newly formulated conversational flows

What you bring:
Previous experience as Business analyst or Project manager

Experience with Chatboxes

Your are passionate about automation, emerging technologies and chatbots

Good expertise in MS Office

Experience with "Content management chatbot"

Experience in Banking is a plus!

Strong communication skills (written and oral) in Dutch.
