I am working with a global pharmaceutical group, who are seeking to welcome a Chief Operating Officer to the organisation during an exciting period of growth.

This Person Will
  • Set the operational and strategic goals.
  • Negotiate operational agreements, supply chain and commercial partnership engagement to align with operational strategic goals.
  • Lead, develop and manage the Operations team
  • Be responsible for budget management, including implementing continuous improvement of business practices.
  • Provide operational oversight and hold responsibility for two facility sites.
  • Prepare operational performance Management and/or Board reports.
Experience
  • A Bachelors’ degree (or higher)
  • PhD in Science
  • Operational experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech organisation.
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Pharmaceutical drug development – early stage through to launch
