Internal Sourcing Officer
We are seeking to onboard an ’Internal Sourcing Officer’ to join the current CIO Office – Vendor Management team.
The remit of the CIO Office is to serve as a facilitator in defining and accomplishing the ICT strategy whilst assisting the department in delivering solutions which our clients, partners and employees enjoy using. These goals are achieved by providing AXA BE’s ICT organisation with good governance practices and appropriate services that are up to the task whilst complying with the requirements set out, managing the risks and changes encountered, whilst establishing clear performance targets for the company’s ICT ecosystem.
Your duties as the Internal Sourcing Officer
- Managing and following up on the Internal Sourcing plan
- Maintaining, monitoring and following up on the staff training and development plans from a budget perspective
- Supporting the ICT department in the context of organisational changes
- To match the budgets to the external tools
- Preparing the monthly and quarterly reports
- Ensuring the suitability of the performance indicators and data quality
- Improving and simplifying the processes for which you are responsible
- Answering the questions from users and managers requesting information specific to Internal Sourcing
- Staying abreast of developments in your area of expertise and keeping your know-how up-to-date so it may be implemented to optimum effect within the organisation.

Project management
- You have a basic understanding of project management, chiefly in the following areas:
- Organisation of duties
(planning, management of dependencies, coordination of the parties involved) - Budget management: you are familiar with budgetary concepts including ROI, Business Cases, etc.
- Stakeholder management: you have good communication skills and act as a facilitator of dialogue and interaction
- You understand the stakeholders’ position and help them to analyse and define their needs
- You will put in place assessment and benchmark points with a view to follow-up
- Organisation of duties
Your profile
- You have a due understanding of the ICT sourcing market or equivalent experience
- You have already racked up experience in partner management
- A good understanding of Excel and experience using data visualisation tools such as PowerBI for instance
- You are very adaptable and are able to instil a sense of drive and dynamism into the team
- You are client-centred
- Good personal ,organisational and communication skills
- You are fluent in English as well as French and/or Dutch
