Qualifications- Undergraduate degree with an excellent academic record; graduate degree or MBA is a plus
- 5 years of experience as a proven performer in an operational project/program management role with specific focus on the delivery and/or management of related SaaS solution(s); consulting experience is highly desirable
- Managing/understanding large-scale change-management or transformation programs in an international context
- Special interest in program and change management, digital learning platforms, data analytics and working capital/cash management is beneficial
- Ability to be stand-alone in senior client settings
- Strong relationship management skills; ability to manage contacts up and down throughout internal and client organizations
- Strong problem solving skills; ability to multi-task whilst keeping attention to detail
- High energy team player; ability to rally support from multiple resources
- Clear oral and written communication skills to present and discuss complex value propositions to client senior executives
You’ll be responsible for the end to end delivery of the Wave solution.
In this role, you will operate as the lead point of contact for best practices in deployment and adoption of Wave, and have a particular focus on the early deployment, training and adoption phases of the solution. You’ll partner with the Wave service delivery team and McKinsey’s consulting service teams to deploy Wave, deliver ongoing adoption activities and provide ad-hoc advisory services.
You will also be responsible for advising clients and consulting service teams on key configuration choices for the Wave solution deployment. You’ll manage and lead internal teams and clients to ensure fit-for-purpose and high-quality configuration, and you’ll support the development and delivery of training to foster client adoption of Wave.
You’ll have the opportunity to develop a trusted adviser relationship with internal and external stakeholders and will be responsible for the initial and ongoing commercial management of the client account. This may require you to respond to proposal requests. You’ll develop and deliver in-person or remote post-sales activities such as demonstrations, workshops, forums, events, etc.
You’ll maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings, and you’ll contribute ideas for new product and service development, marketing and communication initiatives and operational improvement.

You’ll join our Brussels office and work with colleagues in the McKinsey Transformation (MT) team with specific focus on McKinsey’s Wave Solution

Its mix of an intuitive interface and McKinsey business expertise gives clients a simple and insightful picture of a complex portfolio and its consolidated impact. It allows all contributors and managers to track the progress and performance of initiatives against business goals, budget, and timeframes.
You’ll work with a variety of colleagues (development, service delivery, management, client development). They will be based in different offices across Europe, US, Australia, India, Costa Rica and beyond, and they all have a common passion for digital innovation and smart business processes.
