Job description

Key accountabilities

  • Participation and presentation at project meetings
  • Tracks and forecasts budget, metrics, timelines progress for all project deliverables to enable better project decisions
  • Work hand-in-hand with clinical trial managers and document control personnel to manage documents that are related to the clinical study
  • Review and approve site visit reports; ensure tracking, follow up and resolution of site issues have been completed in a timely manner
  • Review and approve vendor responses to quality assurance audits for appropriateness, timeliness and accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements

    Skills, Knowledge and Experience


    • A Bachelor’s and/or a Master’s degree in any science or health related field
    • At least three years’ experience managing clinical trials
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required
    • Proficient in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Fluent in English is mandatory, French and/or Dutch is a plus
