Your mission is to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards, ensuring that client’s needs are met as the project evolves. You will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of complex international projects. Your focus will be on coordinating project activities, ensuring seamless communication with our customers but also internally, and contributing to the technical aspects of bid processes.

You key responsibilities will be as follows:

Project Execution:

  • Coordinate the execution of complex HT&P projects, emphasizing Engineer-to-Order scenarios
  • Lead kick-off meetings, ensuring alignment on deliverables and milestones.
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Provide accurate customer requirements to the Engineering team
  • Handle project related administrative tasks, ensure document control and follow customer approval of engineering document packages
  • Launch projects in our ERP system and monitor revenue stream phasing
  • Assist in negotiations for Variations of Order
  • Monitor project budgets
  • Review contractual deliverables and support accurate invoicing

Technical Sales Support:

  • Offer technical support for the team, providing insights on engineering solutions for HT&P products
  • Assist in reviewing customer specifications and identifying suitable TDW solutions
  • Contribute to the development of cost estimates, schedules, and practical commercial proposals

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement:

  • Contribute to the development and enforcement of project coordination best practices
  • Support the deployment of tools for effective cost control, ensuring better project margin management

You may be the ideal candidate if:

  • You own a bachelor and/or a master’s degree in engineering or equivalent by experience
  • You have minimum 2 years of project coordination experience, preferably in an international engineering environment
  • You have knowledge of international engineering code and standards
  • You possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • You are proactive, with a commitment to exceptional customer care
  • You are fluent in English & French, any other language is an asset
  • You are willing to travel up to 10% of your time
