For one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry in PUURS, we’re looking for a CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR.
As a CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR you will be responsible for executing and reporting on CAPEX projects within the area of following disciplines:

• Civil Projects
• Process Piping (non-GMP)
• HVAC units
• Utility Installations

Your key responsibilities will be the following:

• Maintenance & Calibration:
• Get permits for projects
• Execute FMEA and define the maintenance type for each asset; assess equipment criticality (HML)
• Create / maintain / verify engineering documents (protocols, drawings, lists, schedules, diagrams, layouts, calculations, datasheets)
• Project Engineering
• Perform Project Risk Assessment and prepare Project Initiation Documents (Project Charter (PC), Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), Project Scope Statement (PSS)
• Identify technical solutions
• Prepare project procurement plan, perform project tendering and procurement and perform project HSE management & execute project safety stops/reviews
• Perform project reviews (e.g. Technical Quality Review (TQR), constructability)
• Develop Project Commission Plan / Strategy
• Establish Project Change Management & manage changes
• Submit Project Statutory Permits
• Prepare Equipment Specifications and System Requirements in project (e.g. User Requirement Specification)
• Develop Project Execution Plan (e.g. construction)
• Prepare / execute Project Health & Safety Risk Assessments (Equipment / Process)
• Prepare Functional Specifications in project
• Prepare, review and approve drawings, lists, schedules, diagrams, layouts, calculations and datasheets in project
• Issues orders / contracts based on Project Technical Specifications and Bills of Quantities
• Expedite and manage project vendors / contractors / 3rd parties in project
• Develop test specification / plan for commissioning & qualification in projects
• Execute project construction execution (CM & installation supervision)
• Perform new equipment FAT / SAT / inspections in project
• Implement and monitor construction contractor safety and inspection plan
• Execute work orders for projects as per method statement
• Perform commission activities
• Manage project deficiencies and deviations
• Develop project execution strategy and execute investment projects according to customer needs (costs, schedule, functionality, quality)

Profiel:

• You have a degree in engineering (Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc. / B. Sc.) or equivalent by experience.
• You have 5 years of supervision experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry.
• You have leadership experience for the management of external resources.
• You have a broad interdisciplinary knowledge.
• You have extended HSE and GxP/QA knowledge.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
