The Benelux Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to local teams, ensuring efficient event management, compliance, and process excellence. Key responsibilities include:- Organizing internal and external meetings and supporting administrative workflows.
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes and external regulations.
- Coordinating contracts, logistics, travel, and invitations.
- Supporting financial processes in collaboration with Finance.
- Acting as first-line support for the local team and backup for other administrators.
- Managing grants, sponsorships, shipments, and archiving.
- Maintaining collaboration platforms and handling office management tasks.
- Efficient operations and event execution.
- Compliance with processes and guidelines for all activities and materials.
Education & Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree
- Additional certifications, registrations, or licensure as relevant
- Executive PA or business administrative/project management expertise
- Strong skills in SAP and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a complex, matrix-driven environment
- Fluent in English; other local languages preferred
- Organized, service-oriented, and detail-focused
