Country Program Manager

As a Country Program Manager you will create insights for our Country Manager in Belgium and the central functions managers. Your project management skills will help to shape the Country Manager’s strategy. Together with her and the team you build the roadmap for the organisation and relevant stakeholders, such as Regional Managers in the fields of Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, Local Marketing and Logistics.

You will work directly in the Country Manager Office and will be managing certain strategic projects such as: restaurant partner projects, city expansion, efficient reporting structures or new ventures.

Additionally, you will ensure that communication needs are being served both internally and externally.

In this varied role, we’re counting on you to:

• Regularly supervise and analyse the key KPIs within the Director-level across the country
• Develop and run high impact projects fully independent on a global scale on a diverse range of topics, such as expansion, growth, service levels, efficiency, innovation, etc.
• Deliver primarily on Sales and Operations cross-functional projects by coordinating them on international level, supporting, performing detailed analysis, and documenting processes
• Maintain a network of senior stakeholder management as well as actual picture of competitors’ activity in a cross-country view (e.g. competitors’ supply trends, sign-up strategies, new entrants)
• Negotiate and manage contracts with external suppliers
• Use data insights (both internal and external via research) to support country business plans with a consistent data set (e.g. population insights)
• Develop and maintain close collaborative relationships with other departments of Just EatTakeaway.com, (e.g. all Sales teams, BI & Analytics, Customer Services, Product and Tech, Finance, etc.)

Here are the skills we need from you:

• 2-4 years’ experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm and/or extensive Sales/Account management experience
• Analytical way of thinking, proactive, data-driven and logical mindset which can explain difficult concepts to key stakeholders
• A natural collaborator with excellent communication skills and “bridges building” attitude
• High stress resistance, multitasker with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A pragmatic mindset which puts concepts into action
• Commercially-minded professional who has a knowledge of industry best practices with a culture of teamwork, collaboration and success
• Fluent English and French or Dutch language skills (written & spoken)
• Academic degree preferred
