Who we are?

TRS Staffing Solutions is a part of Fluor Group, and we are responsible for Project Sourcing of all Fluor projects. In Belgium the focus lies on LTSAs (Long Term Service Agreements) and EPCM projects in the Oil, Gas, Energy, Food, and Pharma sectors. Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture
  • Basic knowledge and specific academic background in Mechanical, Piping and/or Civil Engineering
  • Interested in working in Oil, Gas, Chemical and an Industrial Environment
  • Experience with IT design software for 3D/2D modeling (BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, Tekla...)
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings; sketches, plot plans, P&ID’s...
  • In possession of EU work permit / EU nationality
  • Knowledge of English and / or Dutch
What will you do?
  • Make initial layouts and plans
  • Prepare sketches, inspect project area, take field measurements, interpret existing drawings and files..
  • Assist in writing specifications for different disciplines
  • Research existing drawings and files
  • Prepares charts, graphs, as-built drawings
  • Training in new software to sustain employability in different projects
What can you expect?
  • Full-time contract of at least 40 hours per week (freelancers and employees are welcomed)
  • A chance to gain new experience and participate in technically challenging project
  • Work together with high-class Engineers in multidisciplinary teams
