We are looking for a CSV QA Manager to join our team and work on our solution Mirrhia.

Mirrhia is a global environmental and equipment monitoring and microbiological traceability platform that complies with the strictest regulatory requirements, especially in the pharmaceutical and hospital sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems.

Responsibilities

  • Writing and updating internal procedures that are part of the quality management system (QMS).
  • Carrying out and monitoring of internal audits within the company, with a view to validating the monitoring by the QMS teams and providing relevant feedback to the teams impacted.
  • Development and writing of the validation strategy for new software developments.
  • Execution and follow-up of validation tests of these developments.
  • Development / delivery of internal training.
  • Guarantor of technological watch (regulations, GAMP, etc.)
  • Realization / participation in internal and external audits and follow-up of action plans.
  • Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations

Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in CSV validation
  • Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • French native with strong proficiency in English
  • A good understanding of a quality management system
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
