The opportunity
We’re looking to hire a Merchant onboarding expert who will be in charge of onboarding and servicing key accounts of Merchant Services Benelux. The Customer Success division requires people with high engagement from a customer service standpoint and strong analytical skills.
This is a key role within operations, in a team of experts and professionals. You’re our ideal candidate if you have the right ‘Can Do’ attitude and act as ambassador for our organisation with a proven customer support experience.
In this role, you’ll report to the Customer Success office in the Customer Service RB & FI Benelux & Western Europe division.
About the team
We have a small but very efficient, hardworking team and dedicated peers that would love for you to work with them. Every person was able to build his or hers own expertise and is constantly developing new skills needed in this versatile, complex environment. We are committed to deliver, in a end-to-end way, products and services to our merchants within the agreed timeframe and quality standards. The team has 6 people working on merchant onboarding and data base management in close collaboration with 3 KIA Service Desks teams. In Customer Service there is also a strong connection with our offshore partner and internal customers. We are globally minded with a FinTech atmosphere. You will experience this in your everyday life as a Worldliner.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include
- Onboard products and services in our contract management systems
- Coordinate tasks to our offshore partner and follow up on their on time delivery within quality standards
- Perform quality controls and report on them
- You find ways to automate or improve procedures
- Activate participation in project calls to share expertise and estimate impact on our operations
- You test new products and services
- You help identifying training needs and organize briefings to meet quality standards
- Manage and monitor issues in collaboration with IT teams and Center of Excellence
Skills we can’t do without:
As our new merchant onboarding expert you’re eager to learn new skills and you love details. You enjoy working in a team but still able to work independently.
- Strong analytical skills
- You’ve got substantial knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Ability to negotiate, discuss and provide structured arguments
- Motivation and passion for best practices
- You will plan-do-check-act
Skills we’d like
It would be great if you have the following skills, too:
- Languages: ENG/FR or ENG/NL
- You have a validated understanding of Sales Force or JIRA, Service Now, Webfocus, Oracle or SAP
