  • Bachelor degree
  • Experience in a Customer Care position
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and SAP and familiar with the working of the sales-order-delivery-invoice process
  • Excellent knowledge of the Italian, Spanish and English language, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of extra languages is a plus

Vacancy Description
  • You handle and register incoming orders and you are the first point of contact for your customers regarding these orders. You make sure all the foreseen deadlines for order entry are managed.
  • You handle special customer requests and coordinate these questions towards the right departments
  • You check the availability of the ordered products and ensure a timely delivery
  • You optimize order quantities and advise customers about it
  • You ensure correct commercial price agreements
  • You proactively inform your customers about changes or shortages of the expected product and you advice customers about possible alternatives when products are out of stock
  • You do a daily check of the orders that have been cancelled and make sure all invoices are correctly put into the system
  • You analyze and take the right actions to make sure open orders will be avoided
  • You make the arrangements for the necessary shipping documents, taking into account the destination and the type of product
  • You handle incoming complaints, process them in the systems and keep the customer informed of the solution
