Would you like to join our team? Would you like to join our team? We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager for our Executive MBA.

Function

You are responsible for a smooth and professional customer experience for our executive participants. As a true host, you are eager to help our participants in every way. You are always looking for an appropriate, and as needed, customized solution. You are a real team player, flexible and open to support our candidates during their challenging and dynamic learning journey.

You ensure a warm and personal customer experience for our participants. From registration to participation, everything is planned and organized down to the last detail: you take the complete operational planning for your account, you support the application process, set up the online learning platform, safeguard and communicate assignment deadlines, organize feedback moments for the candidates, plan teaching sessions with the professors and solicit program/lecturer evaluations.

You ensure that all information on the program is accessible to your team, the participants and other stakeholders. You work closely with the Academic Director and the Program Director to ensure a professional implementation of the curriculum. In your role as Customer Experience Manager you are the first point of contact on administrative issues for our participants and your colleagues.

You represent your program during alumni and student events which are organized at non-standard working hours. You’re willing to go abroad to accompany participants and alumni at seminars, fairs or excursions.

You will support the team in calculating the budget and be a first point of contact to our finance team.

Profile

  • You are continuously on the lookout for optimization of the entire service in our pursuit of "top customer experience";
  • You are customer-oriented, pro-active and you have a “can-do” attitude;
  • You have a strong process-oriented mind, enjoying implementing and gradually improving processes to guarantee a high quality outcome. Although working independently is no problem, collaboration is a must-have for your work environment;
  • You are able to adapt to a working environment that sometimes can be paradoxical ‘business versus academic’. You have the ability to adjust your communication and working style accordingly;
  • Your strong communication skills enable you to switch easily between communication with students and organizations;
  • You are flexible in terms of working hours, meaning you are willing to occasionally work evenings to facilitate events and to travel abroad for seminars and excursions. (evening or weekend work is compensated with additional days of rest);
  • You are very hands-on in working with Microsoft Office and in general an IT-savvy person;
  • Proven experience working in an international environment is considered an advantage;
  • You are fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).
