Your new role
As a customer service administrator you provide administrative supportwithin the EMEA Customer services and department for all products. Besides that, you will generate and analyse reports of the daily operations. Therefore, you will be responsible for all elements related to quality (position, following processes, procedures…). You will be in be in charge for the timely and accurate updating of customer communication details into CRM. You are responsible for managing customer relationships proactively and resolving issues through mail/ phone for internal and external customers. Finally you’ll be ensuring the customer information on Oracleand other similar linked databases within the department are maintained in good order and especially accurate.

Your profile
Hays Zaventemis looking for a candidate who is fluent in spoken and written communication in English. Knowledge of any other language is a plus. Furthermore, you have a first working experienceas customer service administrator in an B2B environment. You also are assertive and you can think in a logical and analytic approach. Preferably you also have excellent IT skillset.

The terms of employment
From the start, you will receive an attractive salary package supplemented with meal vouchers and other extra-legal advantages. You’ll be working with very flexible hours and have the ability to do homeworking2 days a week. After a successful interim period, you’ll receive a perm contract.
