Job Description

For our Customer Service Representative, we are looking for talented individuals to join our Performance Tapes team in Turnhout, Belgium. This position will manage the order handling from receipt to invoice and report to the Customer Service Team Manager. All internal and external questions concerning these orders will be handled by the Customer Service Representative. This is a temporary 12-month assignment.

Core responsibilities:

  • Order verification, entry, confirmation
  • Creation of invoices, credit and debit notes
  • Act as an inside salesperson
  • Ensure on-time delivery
  • Problem Solving
  • Complaint handling
  • Spokesperson for your dedicated region

Qualifications

What we will be looking for:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • Experience in a fast-paced B2B customer service department
  • Team player
  • Strong communication skills
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Languages: fluent in English and Eastern European Languages any other language is from added value
