Customer Solutions & Patient Journey Manager

About the role

The Customer Solutions & Patient Journey Manager is accountable for exploring, prioritizing and evaluating innovative solutions(digital and non-digital solutions) to reach patients and customers at scale addressing key pain points of customer journey. The role implements efficiently these solutions in key accounts according to the priority areas.

  • Drive patient journey analysis process
  • Define, validate, and explore Therapeutical Area (TA)-specific customer solutions (the focus of this role will be the TA Cardio)
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders aiming to support TA strategy to accelerate patient’s journey and implement solutions efficiently
  • Identify the needs/pain points linked to patient journey in key accounts according to the insights provided by Sales
  • Engages in solutions and projects across the whole lifecycle of the brand.
  • Accelerate time to treatment and ensure a better patient and customer experience for key priority brands and launches
  • Applying solution design development process and agile methodology in project execution
  • Mapping the best-proven patient journey solutions and creating a catalogue of solutions that is fit for purpose in several TA’s
  • Strongly interacting with multiple stakeholders; internally and externally

Role Requirements

  • Previous commercial experience as well as project management delivery
  • Experience in evaluating and implementing innovative patient solutions that address key customer needs and creates a distinctive customer experience
  • Experience building internal and/or external networks
  • Strong business and commercial acumen and customer understanding
  • Effective at navigating through complex matrix environments
  • Collaboration and stakeholder management
