As a Customer Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers as well as our internal and external partners. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that we provide the best possible customer service. You will manage the entire order process, from intake to the delivery of the ordered goods. While your main focus will be on supporting our Belgian and Dutch clients, you will also provide backup support for the UK and Scandinavian markets within our HUB.

What you will do
  • Guide clients through selecting the right 3D printing techniques and prepare accurate price proposals in close collaboration with production departments
  • Actively follow up with clients and close deals to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with customer support, design, production, account management, and shipping teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the sales cycle, closely monitoring project progress and addressing their needs
  • Think creatively to develop the best technical and commercial solutions tailored to customer requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and English
