Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced D365 Senior Manufacturing Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge of manufacturing operations and a proven track record in delivering end-to-end ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle D365 F&O implementations focused on manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable D365 solutions.
  • Optimize production planning, shop floor control, and resource management using D365 modules.
  • Provide expert guidance on Production Control, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Finance, and Supply Chain modules.
  • Analyze and redesign business processes to improve efficiency and support lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities and emerging technologies to enhance business value.
  • Deliver workshops, training, and post-implementation support to ensure successful user adoption.
  • Act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) in discrete and process manufacturing environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and system performance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in ERP consulting, with a focus on D365 Finance & Operations.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end implementations in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong domain expertise in lean manufacturing, production scheduling, and shop floor operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with both business and IT teams.
  • Fluent in both English and Dutch.

Nice To Have

  • Experience working with global clients or in multi-country implementations.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and D365 extensions.
