Manage telephone reception, reservation management, check-in, information, sales, check-out and billing… and if you have any additional talent, share it!
As a flexible and versatile colleague you give support to other departments (bar, seminars, …).
Ensure that the quality of the experience is up to the promises made to our customers.

Work Experience

You are a welcoming and enthusiastic person thinking in solutions and opportunities.
Your English and French are fluent. You have some skills in Dutch? Great!
Customer happiness is your highest priority.
