OVERVIEW:

As a Digital Marketing Administrator, you’ll help implement, maintain and build out the back-bone of our digital marketing campaigns, which consists of a Marketing Automation platform, a Content Management system, Web, Product Information Management (PIM), a Customer Relationship Management setup, Social Media advertising tools, a variety of different Marketing Analytics practices and more…

You will be given the opportunity to help further develop an already mature digital ecosystem in which all of the above platform, tools and processes need to fit together in order to deliver a seamless customer experience

You’ll learn the foundations on which digital marketing initiatives and campaigns are built, and be given opportunities grow and/or specialize.

The Digital Marketing Administrator pro-actively supports the Trade Marketing and Marketing Operations team by implementing and maintaining a variety of digital marketing tactics and projects. You will support the organization in taking data based decisions by conducting thorough analyses of business data sets and marketing campaign results.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Master degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Business Economics

· Combines data with business savviness – is able to approach data or system functionality from a business priority perspective

· Customer-centric attitude with constant focus on usability

· Learns fast, works fast, takes initiative, organized, meticulous, asks questions when needed

· Takes project ownership, looks to improve processes, manages stress well, able to work in a team

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Support the Marketing team with the implementation of Web related projects through product data entry & content maintenance in a “Product Information Management” system (PIM) and other content implementation platforms (CMS)

· Follow-up on re-occurring data jobs to ensure ongoing business (processes)

· Ensure that leads are validated with key information to enable better sales follow-up

· Carry out data exercises to ensure and maintain qualitative customer and channel data (CRM)

· Look for opportunities to automate/optimize current digital marketing processes to maximize the outcome as well as the overall usability

· Provide project analytics & reports.
