You will develop and execute social and digital communication campaigns in order to drive business objectives. Curiosity and commitment to deliver engaging, measurable digital marketing solutions is key. You will be supporting the overall digital marketing strategy and proposing, executing and measuring campaign activities, driving digital acceleration and creative excellence. You understand traditional and new media channels to make sure marketing messages are impactful and seen by different target audiences and will be responsible for implementing the social media strategy, including customized promotional campaigns. In addition, you will support the organization of online meetings and virtual events.• Collaborate with the marketing communications/marketing teams to translate marketing plans into integrated marketing communications plans (education, awareness, lead generation) using multiple communication channels (social media, online programs, virtual meetings…).• Execute integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution in collaboration with other team members and departments.• Drive and support omni-channel campaigns and activities to drive value and sales impact.• Develop marketing communication plans and programs based on business priorities.• Advise and implement digital communication techniques to contribute to the company’s financial objectives as well as to digital presence to drive customer experience, promote content, help build the brand and attract new customers. This includes: social media channels, website content, video content, governance, analytics for website performance, SEO, Google AdWords, design and deployment of digital email nurturing programs, salesforce programs, webinars, virtual meetings.• Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPI’s).• Partner with the marketing communications/marketing teams to generate content and tools including the planning, execution of social media strategy and digital content.• Maintain digital assets up-to-date on internal and external communication platforms.• Collaborate closely with the external agencies to develop digital marketing tools.• Provide direction on the design to ensure the right use of our brand identity and messaging.• Cross departmental collaboration on special communications projects such as internal communications tools development, or corporate communications initiatives.• Occasional travel might be required.

Wat wij van jou vragen:
• Fluent in English and preferebly 2 other languages (Dutch, French, German,...).• Experience with execution of digital communications strategies across paid, earned and owned channels.• Demonstrated experience with: creation, launch and maintenance of new digital channels, content creation and storytelling.• Experience in multimedia content creation including video production and social media assets.• Experience handling multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines on in a fast-paced and matrix environment.• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Strong communication skills at all levels, verbal and written.• Highly creative, able to identify target audiences and create digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.• Proven track record in implementing communication campaigns using integrated communication approach.• Online event management experience is a plus.• Able to write, edit and measure the effectiveness of marketing communications in a highly regulated healthcare environment.• Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
