Responsibilities:

- Communicate effortlessly in Dutch and French to assist our diverse clientele.
- Handle customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information with a smile (even if it’s over the phone).
- Customer Relationship Extraordinaire:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the entire service process.
- Proactively engage with customers to anticipate their needs and exceed expectations.
- Coordination Maestro:
- Coordinate service appointments, liaising between customers and the service team to ensure seamless scheduling and execution.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance overall service efficiency.
- Problem-Solving Dynamo:
- Act as the go-to person for customer concerns, swiftly addressing issues and finding creative solutions to exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with technical experts to troubleshoot and resolve customer problems.
- Data Virtuoso:
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and service activities.
- Generate reports and provide insights to enhance the overall customer service experience.
- Fluency in both Dutch and French (minimum B2 level).
- Proven experience in customer interaction, preferably in the automobile industry.
