Responsibilities:

    • Communicate effortlessly in Dutch and French to assist our diverse clientele.

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the entire service process.
    • Proactively engage with customers to anticipate their needs and exceed expectations.
  • Coordination Maestro:
    • Coordinate service appointments, liaising between customers and the service team to ensure seamless scheduling and execution.
    • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance overall service efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving Dynamo:
    • Act as the go-to person for customer concerns, swiftly addressing issues and finding creative solutions to exceed customer expectations.
    • Collaborate with technical experts to troubleshoot and resolve customer problems.
  • Data Virtuoso:
    • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and service activities.
    • Generate reports and provide insights to enhance the overall customer service experience.
Requirements:

  • Fluency in both Dutch and French (minimum B2 level).
  • Proven experience in customer interaction, preferably in the automobile industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
