To fulfill our mission and support our expansion, we are looking for an Ecommerce Commercial & Operations Manager (M/F/X)
Roles & Responsibilities :
This pivotal role sits at the heart of our digital business and will drive both commercial strategy and operational for our ecommerce platform.
Main duties :
  • Commercial Strategy for Webshop
Define and execute the commercial strategy for our ecommerce platform in collaboration with the Buying department. · Drive decisions on web assortment, pricing strategies, promotions, and stock optimization. · Identify growth levers to increase online revenue and profitability. · Monitor market trends and customer behaviors to adapt the offer accordingly.
  • Ecommerce Operations Management (RUN)
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the webshop, ensuring uptime, performance, and issue resolution. · Coordinate with IT, logistics, and customer service to resolve operational problems efficiently. · Ensure digital shelf excellence and an optimal onsite customer journey. · Define and improve processes related to ecommerce operations and tools.
  • Digital Performance Campaign Management
Form a duo with our Performance Strategist to put in motion the digital commercial plan. · Monitor Ecommerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, basket size, etc.) and identify corrective actions where needed. · Partner with marketing and CRM teams to create synergies between media, content, and commercial activities and ensure an omnichannel approach
Profile :
  • Master’s Degree in Marketing, Ecommerce or similar field
  • Knowledge of English is mandatory
  • Minimum 8 years of experience
  • Understanding of ecommerce platforms and technologies
  • People Management / Stakeholders Management / Communication / Projects Management / Commercial mindset
  • Scope : Global
