EU Affairs Assistant (Private and Public Projects implementation)

EURACTIV is the leading EU policy media present in 13 European countries. It publishes EU news free of charge and facilitates debates for EU policy professionals in 13 languages. With 2.3 million page views and 783.986 unique visitors per month, EURACTIV is a leading online media on EU affairs. The group gathers approximately 100 people around Brussels and its network of national affiliates. It has four main sources of income: sponsorship, communication package memberships, advertising, and public contracts.

We are now looking for an intern in our implementation team, based in Brussels.

Starting date: as soon as possible

Main responsibility:Assistance with client reporting and project management.

Tasks:

• Assistance with client management
• Assistance with achievement and analytics reports for private and public projects, including statistics taken from different platforms
• Management (and continuous update) of project management databases
• Assistance in advertising campaigns and other marketing tools
• General office management and administrative tasks

Profile:

• University education: European affairs and/or project management
• Very good command of English (spoken and written)
• Very organized and detail-oriented
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs Office
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and dynamic environment
• Ability to face tight deadlines
• Knowledge of/Interest in the EU market
• Proactive, open-minded, flexible, multi-tasker
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
