About Our Client

Our client is a leading player in the health sector, with a significant presence in Europe. They are recognised for their commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainability. For the CEO, they are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who brings structure, can lead projects and can work independent.

Job Description

  • Travelmanagement around Europe from A to Z
  • Agendamanagement: Coordinating and managing executive schedules and appointments
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO
  • Preparing reports and presentations for board meetings
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive company information
  • Managing internal and external communications
  • Organising and coordinating company events and meetings
  • Assisting with project management and execution
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the CEO
  • Structure the day, give advice and assist the CEO in general

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other business software
  • Fluent in English and Dutch with a good level of French
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Positive, structured and assertive
