Jobdescription

- You organise building maintenance within budget and safety guidelines

- You supervise maintenance and repair work and make recommendations for improvement in terms of cost and utilisation (cleaning and maintenance firms)

- You coordinate refurbishments,

- You maintain contacts with external suppliers.

- You organise the car park and garage

- You are responsible for vehicle management

- You report in relation to consumption

- You are our prevention advisor

Your profile

- You have a bachelor’s degree in facility management

- You are a level 2 prevention advisor or willing to obtain one

- You know technical aspects and characteristics of building and equipment used

- You plan and organise accurately

- You implement appropriate procedures and steps to influence the expected impact of a risk and propose corrective actions

- You can read and interpret business contracts and prepare, monitor, and conclude a budget.

- You perform or manage maintenance of buildings and/or equipment, facilities.

- You apply and/or enforce rules and implement appropriate health and safety procedures.

- You have a working knowledge of Dutch and English and you live in Belgium

- You can take the necessary initiatives but at the same time know how to set the right priorities

- You are result-oriented in your approach

- You have strong adaptive and problem-solving skills
