Our client is a family-owned Belgian company which produces and markets three ranges of natural water based drinks :
  • natural mineral waters and spring waters
  • flavoured natural waters
  • still and sparkling lemonades with 100% natural ingredients
They employ more than 1200 people and have 6 production sites in Europe, of which two in Belgium.

About the job

The Field Sales Analyst will support the National Field Sales Manager and regional field managers in improving the results and ways of working of the Field Sales team (27 FTE). This will involve managing the new SAP-CRM system, analyzing promotional plans and activations, and serving as a liaison between key account managers, marketing, and trade marketing.
The Field Sales Analyst will also be responsible for developing reports, improving the targeting model and approach, developing the Field sales strategy, and providing training and onboarding for the SAP C4C system.


About the ideal candidate

  • You hold a Bachelor or Master degree and have minimum 2 years experience in a sales, marketing or trade marketing role in the FMCG sector
  • You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with excel
  • You enjoy interacting with colleagues from various departments
  • You are able to operate in French, Dutch and English in a professional context
