G-tec operates around the world on land and at sea with a highly qualified and motivated team of civil engineers, earth scientists, hydrographers, biologists and electronic engineers providing efficient and innovative solutions for ground investigation and hydrographic surveys, completely in line with the client’s demands and requirements.

Your responsibilities

  • Educated in secretarial work, accounting or equivalent;
  • Work experience as administrative assistant is an asset;
  • Fluent in English, Dutch is an asset;
  • Able to work in a team environment and alone;
  • Like the unforeseen and diversified tasks;
  • Strong organizational competencies, used to meet short deadlines;
  • Pro-active and can do attitude, work independently and autonomously;
  • First experience in accounting is a plus;
  • Effective computer skills: Microsoft Office Software, experience in D365 is a plus.

Your profile

  • Day to day secretary tasks (mails, telephone, …);
  • Assisting the general management, the company’s staff and the project manager in their administrative tasks (planning project missions, booking);
  • Assisting finance and accounting department (preparing payments, invoices validation process, expense notes management; help in quarterly closing, communication with suppliers);
  • Controlling with the Project Managers the incoming invoices;
  • Assisting the commercial department in the administrative part of the tender.
