Company Description


aug.e, whose name derives from ‘Augmented Energy’, is a young, international and driven team with rich experience in completed and value-adding complex smart energy projects and products. As a key player in the industry, aug.e is proud to have two prominent Belgian shareholders, Proximus and Besix, who bring their expertise and commitment to the company’s growth.

We are looking for a full-time Finance manager with an HR feeling who will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the management of aug.e.


Job Description


Finance:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Strategic financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Accounting and Bookkeeping (Exact Online): Daily transaction management, reconciliation, and financial statements.

  • Payroll Processing: Monthly salary oversight, compliance assurance, and tax regulation adherence.

  • Expense Management: Monitor and control company expenses, implement cost-saving initiatives.

  • Financial Reporting: Generate and present reports to management, collaborate with auditors.

HR:

  • Salary Administration: Coordinate monthly salary preparation and address payroll inquiries.

  • HR Tools and Systems: Utilize HR software for data management and ensure data accuracy.

  • Employee Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits and provide support for inquiries.

  • Recruitment Support: Collaborate in recruitment processes and assist in new hire onboarding.

  • Employee Relations: Handle HR queries and concerns, foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications


  • Master or Bachelor’s degree in Finance

  • Proven experience in financial management

  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and accounting practices.

  • Familiarity with human resources functions

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment

  • Flexibility / adaptability

  • You have an excellent command of English and Dutch
