FunctiebeschrijvingFunctietitel: Financial AccountantRapporteert aan: Teamleader AccountingDoel van de functie:Is verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse registratie en analyse van (financiële) transacties. Deze moeten in lijn zijn met de Company Instructions, Policies en Guidelines en passen binnen het kader geschetst door de Finance Director.Verantwoordelijkheidsgebieden:
  • Is verantwoordelijk voor de correcte toepassing van de Group Accounting Principles.
  • Staat in voor de correctheid van de boekhoudkundige verrichtingen.
  • Opmaken van dagelijkse, wekelijkse en maandelijkse rapporteringen.
Kerntaken:
  • Dagelijkse marge controle
  • Opvolging ASM tool
  • Specifieke reconciliaties (balans en resultatenrekening)
  • Uitvoeren van diverse controles (MAV, onkosten)
  • Maand- en jaareindafsluiting (Front-end finaliseren, diverse voorzieningen aanleggen, intercompany doorrekeningen, controles)
  • Opvolgen van SOX-compliance richtlijnen
  • Opvolgen van diverse tools en processen
Kennis en Ervaring:
  • Bachelor accountancy/fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Bij voorkeur relevante werkervaring
  • Grondige kennis MS Office ; kennis van SAP R3 is een pluspunt
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands & Engels
