We are looking for a Financial & Administrative Manager for an SME operating in the healthcare sector.

Working in a small team of around ten people, you’ll be a real Swiss Army knife on a daily basis!

Financial & Administrative Manager – The Role

Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Day-to-day accounting
  • Execute payments to suppliers
  • Prepare year-end closings, with the help of a chartered accountant
  • Regular reporting to the company’s Board
  • Preparation of the yearly general assembly
  • Creation and sending of invoices to the company’s clients
  • HR & Payroll: generate new contracts, handle sick leaves/holidays, booking & payments of salaries
  • Specific tasks related to the company’s daily activities (update prices, handle transport & logistics issues..)

Financial & Administrative Manager – About You

  • You have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or equivalent
  • You are fluent in Dutch & English, French is a plus
  • You have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a SME
  • You appreciate working in a small, cohesive team
  • You are a real multitasker, able to juggle different responsibilities and tasks
