To accommodate our growth, we are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Financial Analyst in Nipro Medical Europe (NME).

About the role

Join our dynamic finance team as a FP&A Specialist, where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our Group’s financial reporting and planning processes. With the guidance of our FP&A Manager, you will be part of the BI Centre of Excellence, working closely with other team members to drive improvements, maintain and enhance the quality of our financial reporting.

What you’ll do

• Playing a critical role in supporting the FP&A Manager in the development, maintenance and improvement financial planning within the group
• ·Support the SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) implementation and act as the SAC ambassador towards relevant stakeholders
• Be a true business partner, add value through providing insights and facilitating fact based decision making
• Maintain existing financial reporting library
• Enhance, design and roll out reports and KPI’s, taking the needs of the business stakeholders into account
• Monitor and understand customer & product P/L for NME
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and communicate results to the stakeholders
• Document, propose improvements and reinforce processes with workforce / CAPEX planning and analysis
• Having the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects, dedicated to our NME business, which has over 20 legal entities internationally
• You will act as an active member of the FP&A community, including providing backup and project specific activities.
• The employee performs all tasks in accordance with ISO quality and JSOX requirements, whilst always taking Nipro values into account

What you’ll need

• You hold a relevant degree and have at least 3 years of relevant expertise in FP&A
• A solid understanding of financial reporting, planning, and budgeting
• Ability to develop financial storytelling
• Ability to communicate in a clear and crisp manner financial insights to relevant stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent command in English is required, additional languages are a plus
