Join Our Client Team as an FP&A Leader!

We are seeking an experienced FP&A professional to take on a key leadership role in our Leuven office. You will be instrumental in driving financial strategy and management across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Regional Finance Director, this role involves close collaboration with various departments to analyze financial data, develop budgets and forecasts, and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth financial analyses to support decision-making and improve performance within the EMEA region.
• Partner with regional leaders to challenge assumptions and achieve financial goals.
• Take ownership of the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business factors influencing financial outcomes.
• Create financial models to evaluate strategic projects and investment opportunities.
• Enhance operational efficiency by focusing on cost optimization and improved resource allocation.
• Maintain a balance between strategic planning and detailed hands-on financial tasks.
• Encourage creativity and inclusivity in a dynamic work environment.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members, creating clear career development plans.
• Facilitate training initiatives and promote professional growth within the team.
• Foster an engaged and collaborative team culture.

Your Profile:

• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in financial planning, particularly in budgeting and forecasting.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing people effectively.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, and Power BI, and familiarity with ERP systems such as IFS.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Fluent English skills, both written and verbal. Being fluent in Dutch is a great nice to have.
• Pragmatic, adaptable, and solution-focused, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
