Responsibilities

The EMEA FP&A Analyst will contribute to the analysis, reporting, forecasting and budgeting in EMEA. The position will play a key role in providing support and insight into financials for Regional Business Partners and Functional Leads as well as to Global FP&A. The position will report directly to the EMEA FP&A Manager and will partner with the key stakeholders in the European Finance team.

Major Responsibilities
  • Support Regional, HQ, Operations and Business Segment month end financial analysis and planning through high quality report analysis
  • Lead and consolidate the monthly financial analysis and planning of Functional Costs
  • Lead and consolidate the annual budgeting process for Functional Costs, driving the timeline to ensure efficient completion
  • Support all aspects of annual budgeting in cooperation with the EMEA FP&A team
  • Support and lead projects, including the implementation of SAP Analytic Cloud (SAC)
Qualifications

Required Experience:
  • Years of experience: +2 years in financial planning and analysis, audit, accounting or other areas of Finance
  • Degree(s): Bachelor’s degree from in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or similar quantitative discipline
  • Experience working for a leading global manufacturing business, in a public company or private equity backed company environment
  • Experience analyzing, forecasting, and budgeting
Required Skills
  • Strong financial acumen including good analytical, budgeting, and forecasting skills
  • Quick learner with strong problem solving
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent Excel skills, with working knowledge of PowerPivot a plus
  • Experience with SAP (Business Warehouse, Analysis for Office, Analytic Cloud, S/4 HANA)
  • Good PowerPoint and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of Access
