As Digital Journey Manager you will help build the digital growth of an international player. You are a digital performance marketer with heart and soul who gets the most out of it to boost digital sales or to market our digital applications. You work on digital attraction (SEO, paid media, e-mail, ...) and digital conversion (A / B testing, customer feedback, ...). Data analysis and continuous improvement are the foundations for continuously pushing the boundaries. In this way you give our customers an online experience to be proud of.

What do we expect from you?

• You will analyse, manage and optimise your assigned digital customer journey on a daily basis in a ROI-driven way.
• Together with the digital media managers, you ensure the right digital attraction (via paid media, organic search, e-mail, ...) to the website and the apps.
• You ensure an optimal digital conversion on websites and in sales processes.
• You actively follow up, report and optimise actions and campaigns.
• You provide data-driven recommendations that allow them to grow as a brand.
• You like dealing with people. In a big company you feel like a fish in the water. You are not afraid of having different parties working together in a well-oiled environment. You always put the customer first in order to achieve brilliant results.

What are your strengths?

• You have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and have already earned your first spurs in the digital world.
• You have 2 - 3 years of experience as online/digital marketeer.
• You have a solid basis in Web Analytics (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics,...).
• SEO, paid media (like SEA, display), e-mail marketing, A/B-testing, conversion optimization ... are no strangers to you. You have advanced expertise in at least one of these domains.
• You dare to think out of the box and have a passion for e-commerce and digital marketing.
• You think agile: you organise yourself, you pick the right priorities and you deliver top quality. You never lose sight of your goal.
• You think ahead and with an eagle’s eye you watch over the quality and user-friendliness of our websites and apps. Do you think there is room for improvement? Then you say so.
• You feel like a fish in the water in a team.
• Must: You speak fluently Dutch.
