Omschrijving:
Our client is looking for aFreelance Mobility and Benefits Administrator.
Your responsibilities
- International mobility policies and processes
- You will play an active role in optimising the Group’s international mobility policy
- You will help establish benchmarks and formulate proposals based on an analysis of those benchmarks
- You will keep international mobility processes and procedures up to date • You will be responsible for the smooth running of the expatriate performance management process
- You will also be the contact person for Fluxys employees when they travel abroad and you will carry out the necessary formalities Expatriate administration
- You will prepare budget estimates and salary proposals
- You will draft secondment contracts and follow up on contractual clauses in collaboration with the legal experts in the Human Resources department
- You will collaborate with the consultants involved in managing specific expatriate-related issues (immigration, relocation, payment of foreign taxes, etc.)
- You will be the contact person for expatriate employees and will answer their questions related to their compensation and the practical aspects of their expatriation
- You will be responsible for the follow-up of invoicing between the different subsidiaries of the group Your responsibilities Job purpose Budget monitoring
- You will draw up and analyse the budget for assignments abroad
- You will monitor the budget of the Group Compensation & Benefits department
- You will coordinate and follow up on the payment of invoices
Profiel
Your profile
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A master’s degree in economics, management or law, or equivalent experience
- Previous professional experience, ideally in an international human resources department
• An affinity for labour law • Strong analytical ,critical thinking and synthesis skills
- A meticulous approach with a keen attention to detail
- A proactive approach
- Excellent communication skills suitable for a multicultural environment
• A commitment to respecting the confidentiality of the data you process • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent command of English and a good knowledge of French and/or Dutch
