Our client is looking for aFreelance Mobility and Benefits Administrator.

Your responsibilities

  • International mobility policies and processes
    • You will play an active role in optimising the Group’s international mobility policy
  • You will help establish benchmarks and formulate proposals based on an analysis of those benchmarks
  • You will keep international mobility processes and procedures up to date • You will be responsible for the smooth running of the expatriate performance management process
  • You will also be the contact person for Fluxys employees when they travel abroad and you will carry out the necessary formalities Expatriate administration
  • You will prepare budget estimates and salary proposals
  • You will draft secondment contracts and follow up on contractual clauses in collaboration with the legal experts in the Human Resources department
  • You will collaborate with the consultants involved in managing specific expatriate-related issues (immigration, relocation, payment of foreign taxes, etc.)
  • You will be the contact person for expatriate employees and will answer their questions related to their compensation and the practical aspects of their expatriation
  • You will be responsible for the follow-up of invoicing between the different subsidiaries of the group Your responsibilities Job purpose Budget monitoring
  • You will draw up and analyse the budget for assignments abroad
  • You will monitor the budget of the Group Compensation & Benefits department
  • You will coordinate and follow up on the payment of invoices

Profiel

Your profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A master’s degree in economics, management or law, or equivalent experience
  • Previous professional experience, ideally in an international human resources department

• An affinity for labour law • Strong analytical ,critical thinking and synthesis skills

  • A meticulous approach with a keen attention to detail
  • A proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills suitable for a multicultural environment

• A commitment to respecting the confidentiality of the data you process • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

  • Excellent command of English and a good knowledge of French and/or Dutch
