For a digital customer providing solutions to customers for transactional communication, I am searching for a freelance Project Leader for a long-term freelance mission responsible for configuration projects around the development and support of templates, documents, and process creation services.

The role combines project management related to customer projects, technical and business interaction, and the expectation to setup technical flows and execute small configuration projects. You will work with customers by documenting layouts, creating dataflow receptions and ensuring the data goes to print production through digital channels. You will also speak with customers about how they will set up; their requirements, process and deliverables, then write analysis documents where the steps are described (reporting).

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with different end users, clients, internal stakeholders
  • Manage smaller, intense projects of 10-20 days man days
  • Coordinate and operate within PMO
  • Oversee printing projects, digital channels and dataflows for emails, SMS and pay buttons
  • You will manage the scope of the projects, and ensure the assessments are in line with this
  • You will assist with the timings of the projects and the deliveries
  • You will aim to increase the quality of the final products and put in measures to ensure the quality of final products
  • You will ensure the budgets are met for these projects

Profile

  • Experience in Project Leader/management function
  • Experience with configuration projects
  • Analysis or technical background (the team is complementary)
  • Microsoft environment
  • Knowledge of MS Projects is expected
  • Able to converse fluently in Dutch and French as their customers are located across Flanders/Brussels/Wallonie – you should be a strong communicator!
  • Their environment will expose you to the Inspire software of Quadient
  • Willing to learn and scale knowledge ’on-the-job’

START DATE: August/September

DURATION: 12 Months w/extension

CONTRACT: Freelance

LOCATION: Flemish Brabant (Leuven)

ONSITE POLICY: 2-3 days onsite (flexible)

HOURS PER WEEK: 40

LANGAUGES: Fluent Dutch & French

INTERVIEW PROCESS: 1-2 Stages

SENIORITY: Flexible
