YOUR ROLE

  • You ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for white-collar employees in Belgium.
  • You support employees by addressing social law and payroll-related queries via a ticketing system.
  • You manage contract administration for new hires.
  • You assist with various HR and payroll-related requests as needed.
  • You will work with Partena and Workday.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have proven experience in payroll.
  • You possess strong knowledge in Belgian social and labor legislation.
  • You have an eye for detail and are well-organized.
  • You are fluent in English and either French or Dutch.

PRACTICAL

  • Contract type: Freelance
  • Work regime: 3, 4 or 5 days per week and remote
  • Location: East of Brussels
